Salmon & Bottarga!!!
Grilled salmon with bottarga sauce
Time: 20 min
Ingredients for 4 persons:
4 thick slices of fresh salmon Salt 1 carton of 250 ml. of fresh heavy cream Light mayonnaise Grated bottarga
Cook the salmon on a grill on high heat. In the meantime prepare the sauce with heavy cream, ground bottarga, a touch of mayonnaise and add red pepper or tabasco hot sauce. Remove the salmon from the grill, place it on a serving dish, dress with sauce and garnish with a few celery leaves.
